while you're at it, want to fix the bug associated with having displace and blur at the same time?
It will be fixed in Toril 2.0.

Any hints on what the other melee changes would be or a rough timeframe (i.e. days, weeks, months, quarters)?

Even if they gave a date, it's in god time :P

When I use to exp on smoke with illu and ench, i'd have blur/displace. The displace lasted about 6-8 hits. Around 6-8 hits of displace, i'd start getting hit. When it finally wore off, i wouldn't get hit anymore because of blur.
