Synaptic static still broken?

Just a comment or two on synaptic static:

I have finally gotten it up to master and have yet to ever see it keep a mob from casting, not even once and not even with lvl 9 mobs.

The other thing is that it only seems to rip the memory of your attack from the mob. If you are trying to save someone else from getting killed, the mob goes right on its merry way to beat them senseless. It would be nice if it made them forget all attacks.

If these are intended effects then disregard. Just reporting on the current state of the skill.

It doesn't stop them from casting it, its a memory blur. If your vicious is off (as any good squid should be) and it is a success it will make the mob forget about you and go on with their merry business.

SYNAPTICSTATIC "SYNAPTIC STATIC"
Psionic Ability.

Syntax: synapticstatic <victim>
Area of effect: <victim>
Duration: Instantaneous
Aggressive: Yes
Class/Level: Psionicist 31st
Type of Ability: Telepathy

Synaptic static allow you to invade the victim's mind and scramble
his memories. Victims affected by the skill will forget memories,
people, and perhaps spells.

The problem with forgetting people is that it only seems to forget you. If a tank has vic off and you static it, it will still be aggro to that tank.

The spell forgetting affect is per the game description

Like myn said, its only supposed to work to make things !agro to you. I was told it'd be too powerful if it made stuff !agro to everyone. It does have a mob spell draining feature, but it takes forever to drain the mob, and mobs will just regen their spells back mid fight regardless. Feeb is much more effective.
