Missed charge delay bug?

As I understand it, a charge (missed or otherwise) will cause a slightly more than 2 round delay. At times I get delayed for about 4 rounds. A captured instance is below:

I petitioned this once about charge, and sometimes when a mob bashes you. I was told that you can have and receive 'Critical bash/fails' *shrug*

Did they ever fix the critical bash thing? I used to land it on a mob and they would stand back up before I was out of lag. I used to pray that I didn't land one.

Still happens all the time in Acheron, a lot more frequently too.
