For the longest time...

when alt.1 with has a name that starts with the same letter as alt.2, then tries to access alt.2's cache at the INN, it absolutely doesn't work. It still is under alt.1's inventory. I've petitioned this quite awhile ago but some towns are rather far to just have a different starting letter for an alt log in and access.

Hope that makes sense for those who don't have chars with same names. So if Billybob accesses his alt's cache, "Bingobob", it will not work. Typing storage list will STILL show Billybob's stuff, even though it says you've accessed Bingobob's cache!

Does anybody else have this kind of problem?

or make a central storage char whose name starts with X or Z or so :P

BEFORE GETTING A NAME CHANGE make sure you close out all your storage caches. They will NOT be accessable once you have a name change.

99.9% of the time we ask the player about storage caches before doing name changes, but it's a nice heads up from Llaaldara in case we forget that 1000th time. Secondly, we are aware of this problem and the annoyance it can/has cause(d) and it's being looked into. However it's low on the totem pole atm.
