Lack of heat reduces the effectiveness of your spell!

I've been to Avernus, Fire plane, and Magma and all three places have been not hot enough for dessicate to do maximum damage. Can someone turn the screws down slightly on this so the spell is more usable. The above stated zones don't allow druids to change weather so neither hail nor dessicate can be used at full strength. Thank you

My guess is that those other places are so hot that your little spell feels cool in comparison.
