Can you please look into moves vs load?

So, I've posted in the past that some very light loads seem to burn too much. It "seemed" that heavier loads ate less mvs per step.

Tonight - after looting a ton - eg immobilizing, then bagged as much as I could, and dropped the rest, I burned ~20 mvs @ very heavy load running to nearest bank. Return trip well below very light burned 50+, with no wind involved.
