Get bag straight after res

It seems you can sometimes get your carried bag straight after res, as long as it is the 1st thing you get (then get cursed weapons after).

Why does it sometimes work and sometimes not, given all things remaining equal (e.g. weight of bag, which bag it is, res fx and str status etc)?

Please fix this so that you can get it every time.
