Sexy shield! It doesn't proc too often, so it would be neat if when it did the procs didn't most always fail.

Burning blood seems to land the most. I've had mine for awhile now, pretty sure I withered a mob once :)

Its stats are awesome so its hard to ask for the proc to be increased, but currently its about 99% ineffective. The proc is great, and I think the frequency is about right if the spells hit 80% of the time or more... a bump in frequency by a small amount and a very large bump in success would be cool, since they don't really do that much and aren't reliable enough to change gameplay.
