Displace buggy?

Postby Thilindel » Sun Jun 11, 2006 6:23 am

I'm just watching how mobs don't hit me, yet I displace myself anyway. After 3 rounds or so the spell poofs, and still again, the mob can't touch me anyway. What's goin on?

read help displace at least.

the spell timer ticks down regardless of whether you are hit or not.

It seems to have quit doing that after lvl 36. So maybe it's just the lower levels that it's pretty useless. Mob was certainly not hitting me but it'd poof in 5 swings. Mob had missed 22x prior to me casting :P ..continually missed after the displace wore back off.

Displace 'chips' every time an attack is attempted.

Rocks vs high lvl mobs that want to kick your ass

Does not rocks vs low lvl mobs that can't kick your ass.

Displace also licks donkey nuts at low levels

Don't flatter yourself, dumbass.

How does: This powerful illusion spell displaces the victim's form, meaning
that the victim will appear to be a few feet from where they actually
stand, thuis making it very difficult for the victim to be hit in
melee combat. Each attempted hit towards the target makes his
position easier to pinpoint, and thus lessens the chance that the
victim will avoid being hit.

Spell anything out? What logic whatsoever says an 'attempt' to hit from a mob that can't F'G hit you in the first place..whatever dude.
