Summoning Elementalist Pets

As an elementalist, if you already have a mephit under your control, you cannot currently summon an elemental, as opposed to summoning a mephit while controlling an elemental. Just a small little thing thats an annoyance and probably a quick code fix.

I feel like bugs reported on the bbs have a greater chance of getting fixed than bugreport
