I just want to make a small note. When people write EST then it is actually EDT.
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) -0400 UTC.
Not sure if I was the only one having problems with the conversion in previous runs, hence this post.

Its only EDT during daylight savings time, so most people just refer to all timezones by their default. PST/CST/MST/EST
