harder to get than pouch of displacement for sure and + style for warriors, it should at least have the same stats as the pouch dontcha think?

It was rather heavy when I'd ID'd it awhile back. And being statless blows. Last part I'd add is I've seen two discarded in WD's inn. So I meant it was rare both in even though the dragon loads, it's either ignored or the scabbard's just ponded.
