airship staves proc rate?

Mine hasn't proc'd at all now. Illusionist' version. Given how hard melee is for mages, I'd humbly request a higher proc rate or at least see if it's not broken or something since changes.

Mageblade is fine. Seelie staves are more then fine. And while I agree with your proc rate vs. caster melee assessment Thilindel I don't see it happening anytime soon.
