Love it. Mobs can perpetual stun with shieldpunch. You stun them, and they don't miss a beat.

that is not a stun issue, as the same thing happens with all other spells like earthblood for example, takes a full tick for major para to kick in.
this thread fails. better luck next time

Learn what you're talking about. When you get stunned you immediately quit casting. You can't stand up, you sprawl etc. And, so you will understand what you're actually saying, earthblood is MINOR para, which can end @ the tick in which it's cast..as if it never landed. .. so better luck next time - being STUNNED is not being PARA'D. Bash stops spells, as it should. Players being stunned stops their spells, and is worse than being bashed if the stun is from shieldpunch.

I'd wager I've used spook/nightmare more than most people, and I've only seen this happen in a few instances. Its so infrequent it would be a waste of time to try and correct. I'm not even sure its a bug.

Why were you using nightmare against one mob? You sure there wasn't another apprentice there, as your log doesn't clarify. You cast it on 2. so I'm assuming maybe 1.dot got it off.

Nightmare for the damage. I've seen it where i stun a mob and he finishes spells.
It will be fixed in Toril 2.0.

Yea I believe there is an intelligence save for the stun part of the spell.

I've not yet had spook or spirit wrack's stun _not_ stop a mob. But nightmare says it stuns sometimes, 'duh', but even on a stun message, it doesn't stop the casting...but does stop melee switching. Go figure.
