Bows and damage procs - Shev/Dug

There is alot of confusion and debate in the game as to what bow actually does more damage with its procs.

Let's use three of the main bows for this purpose:

the rune-covered fiery Warbow of hellish fury
the shimmering holy compound bow of celestial might
a powerful recurve bow

Can someone please clarify which one exactly does more damage with its procs? Also, the fiery warbow supposedly does extra damage each arrow with fire damage. Is this true? This can also be factored into the general damage done by that bow if it is true. I know the other two have additional procs, that's fine. The question here is only about their damage proc.
