Set hometown at Inn

A'la world of warcraft, being able to set your hometown at an Inn would be very beneficial to those of us who would like to explore and take more risks but don't want to at the expense of dying and then having to spend the next 20 minutes getting back to wherever we were.

Seems like a fairly simple code update, I would love to see happen.

It will be fixed in Toril 2.0.
