Here we go! A shame I get all my better ideas half asleep, so forgive me if these are a little odd in any way. Going to try and touch as many classes as I can, however due to knowledge of some (squids, etc.) I may not comment.
Rangers:
Area archery, with possibly defensive disadvantages when using.
Triple attack at very high levels, possible quest ability.
Self haste possibly? One per day, week?
Paladins/AP:
Some sort of 2 handed defensive skills (something alike to shieldblock but maybe not possible while mounted?)
Increased damage against dragons, undead.
Increased mount damage.
Dire raider:
Area archery, same as rangers.
Ability to arch while mounted (not sure if they can as is)
Since orc only, maybe some sort of frenzy attack (extra attacks, extra damage)
Lich:
Prot from gas, innate WB.
Higher MR.
More damage versus undead (they are the Lords of it as is, should own a wraith in a fight)
Less pets, liches to me don't need lackeys.
Necros:
More durable pets
Increase damage against undead, more controlling type spells against the undead (turn undead, control undead, etc.)
More protection type spells against blinding, death procs, poisons (figure necros know the human body inside and out)
Enchanters:
Group haste, group stone, group minor globe...more protect the group type spells.
Area slow spells, fumble, etc.
Warriors:
Triple attack at higher levels.
Increased chance for stunning mobs with shieldpunch.
Berserk?
Decreased damage against melee but maybe increased damage against spells (the warrior knows how to take a punch, but a force missle confuses the hell outta him)
Druid:
Entangle, para for the outdoors.
A general clairvoyence type spell, Player X is far south of you, Player Y is nearby north.
Better shapechanges.
Increased nature damage.
Rogues:
More assassination attempts.
Triple attack.
Increased steal option with grave consequences if failed (three round lag if failed, mob auto tracks or looks for justice to prevent twinking)
Clerics:
A high level, single target damage spell.
Miracle type spell (full heal, bless, armor, purify in one shot)
Shaman:
Increased prots against poison, blindness via spells or innates.
Better pray times even though some races aren't that bright (shaman's Gods leave them hanging that long?)
Increased damage against spirit type forms.
Illusionist:
Shades have rescue. A 70hps tank rescuing isn't that overpowering!
Shrug, of course most of these changes would need adjustment on the mobs part as well. And if I didn't comment on your class, it's not because I think they are overpowered (covering my ass here), it's I don't know the major problems of the class. Just random thoughts from a fellow who can't sleep...
Ideas for classes and hopefully happy campers all around!

I like a lot of the ideas, but why make the 2h ability !mounted only? we're meant to be mounted as antis/pallies. course somethin to keep us from dying when we fall off would be cool...
And why extra dmg vs dragons? do we specifically have a beef with those winged scaly beasts? Increased dmg vs good for antis and evil for paladins would be more like it.

I think maybe my thinking was knights slaying dragons or purging the world of the ultimate mortal evil/good...I was tired ya know!

+vs evil would be spiffy though, especially considering how many evil zones there are. Are you going to give them -vs good? (and vice versa all over for antis, of course)
