Areas, h <area> commands

As someone who is new to this mud, I think it would be invaluable to have some little help commands to tell you about what zone you're in. I'm not talking about ones that will tell you the name of the zone, but if I'm in a room that says "Deep in the Ardeep Forest", for example, I can type "h ardeep" and it will tell me the level range of the zone. It would save on having to go through the entire credits list every time you find a new zone and want to make sure it's safe.

or have credits 'a' for zones that start with 'a', etc.

zi = Zone Information command
Zone Name: Insert Zone Name Here
Levels: Insert Levels Here
Maker: Insert Maker Name Here
Environs: Insert short paragraph describing the area.

Exactly what I had in mind. I think this would be an *awesome* command for n00bs. I'm sure it would even come in handy for some older players as well.

Mabye expand it into the "justice" command. "justice" only works in towns anyway.
