Failed resses

Would like to see failed res'd corpses have different ansi or something to indicate they're not worthy of pres'g. Would save kind ppl who pres corpses around from wasting their time.

-That or make them !pres (once it's been looted) as well as changed ansi. Maybe a sickly yellow color.
