Auction Channel / GCC

Could we open up the Auction channel so people could use it to spam their FT/WTB requests instead of using the GCC channel? Seems like a good use for that channel, make it a general use trade channel so people don't get upset when they see the same FT/LF requests on GCC every 10 mins, easier to just tog Auct than tog Gcc.
