Silence
Multiple buffs: inertial barrier, biofeedback, energy containment, phase shift, flesh armor..
Ethereal walk = scouting
Know location? Is this Clair or locate object? Both would be cool, but especially clairvoyance.
Awe? Is that like making a Calm room? Cool idea.
Sever the tie & Intellect fortress?? Cant remember what these do..

Mana Drain only works on lower level mobs.
The healing power for single target "lend health" works by giving some of the PSI's HPs to the target.
"crisis of breath" isn't a standard silence skill in the sense of silence person on toril. It causes autonomic breathing to become extremely difficult, which raises AC, lowers hitroll, increases SVspell, and causes spells with long chant times to fail most of the time. It's not complete silence, however as a high level caster might still be able to get a few spells through.
There are lots of buffs, but most only work on self such as inertial barrier, dislocation, intellect fortress, energy containment
Ethereal walking is a scouting power, yeah.
Know location is basically the same as locate object
Awe is a targetted spell that can attempt to make a creature stop fighting. It does not calm the entire room.
Sever the tie is about the only power that PSIs on Homeland had that works on undead. It is very effective against undead, but doesn't do anything against other races.
Intellect Fortress is another self-only buff.
Sense Danger is another nifty power. If you have this up you can see aggro mobs on scan.
Synaptic State has chance to feeblemind the victim and perhaps wipe memory of who is aggro the mob.
