appoint a god who plays alot or find somone who plays alot to be an "event god"
have event god figure out fun events to do, set a time, etc.
games like ctf/hide and seek/king of the hill/ etc.

can even have a prize system.. get like tokens based on how well you or your team does in the event
and can buy potions/intresting items with the tokens...

having events like these at the very least on a weekly basis may rejuvinate the pbase.
it adds more fun to the game imo.

Would like to see Waterdeep invasion with Pirates or the like.

Most dead pirates = Platinum reward or a restring.
