mob A fighting player X
Player Y targets mob A and Player Z who is engaged in combat not necessarily directly against the same mob.
If successful mob A is now fighting Player Z. All 3 players must be in the same group.
Its kind of a rescue skill. I think it would be an interesting skill for all fighters, rangers in particular (or highest skill). Lets them get involved in rescue without giving them the requisite tanking skills. Creates opportunity for "balancing" mobs against multiple tanks as well as recovering faster and more effectively if a tank dies mid combat.

actually maybe player Z doesn't have to be engaged in combat, just in group.

If you implement this, I will level a warrior 50 next week. Would be totally worth it just to kill Gormal's casters by forcing them to tank constantly.
