Teleport beacon in SM

I can see so many gcc about anyone in SM.

Since tele beacons removed that a while back, I think a beacon should be placed in SM.

The location I would suggest is upstair in "Cock and Hound". I know there are some issues with this, so mabye it would be more possible right outside or something.

gwen's room would be so much better in my opinion.
