Chainlink girdle

I was expecting some hp loss, but not because the one item I have to wear for my con notch got borked.

I've gotta believe that most people who wear the seers girdle do so for the con, because there are other belts out there that are more useful to pure hitter/melee classes (fangs, baatezu, probably others I don't remember). +maxcon realistically only helps what, 2/3 races?

I'm guessing that +5maxcon is worth a helluva lot more than +9con in the point system, any chance this item could go back to +9con and maybe add something like DM or a prot to keep it near its new point value?
