This was downgraded to be even worse then an etched and I think its harder to get then an etched since it takes multiple rareloads. Granted its !ID but from the stats I can see its worse then etched which isn't right in my opinion. I didn't check for procs but I assume they prob weren't touched and if they are the same.. then etched has a WAY better proc then horn since stuff with minor globe would stop the proc on horn. I think it should be upgraded to be at least equal to an etched.
