Upon hearing of new item changes pending about a month ago, I petitioned for consideration of difficulty for rareload dragon and the sword..let alone scabbard has no stats. It still is the same and worse than that, it's good only (as it's always been).

Currently the sword is 3d6 3/3, which I would say is quite attractive stats.

yah, 3d6 3/3, thats pretty buff for a 1h weapon. i'm surprised it fits into the new "criteria" and isn't 2h =P

It came from a dragon and I'm pretty sure dragons get a lot of points in this new system. I can't wait for someone to make a zone that's almost all dragons and has super uber gear.

Yeah, specially since a zone full of demons now spits out a pair of spider gaunts with new ansi.

The ultimate zone as far as 'points' go might look something like this:

A rareload floating block of ice full of dragons - connected to Musp.

Points for needing fly eq.
Points for needing waterbreath.
Points for needing protectoin from cold.
Porints for dragons.
Points for being rareload.
and mega points for being associated with musp!
