a jagged bone ring

not that it needs to be as uber as it was, but this is another one of those items who's entire world got changed. i'm assuming that a "jagged" bone ring was meant to increase damroll, or that was the theory of the writer.
currently it's addition to hitroll is pretty run of the mill. either 2 hit 1 dam or 2 dam and less ac would be nice.

or if you think its just to easy, then make it 1 dam instead of 2
