Ok as a preface I did not quest this. Galem, bless his heart helped me out immensely to EQ my little pallie. One thing he traded me was this !drop sword with !proc but decent hit/dam and dice. Maybe it was a bit stout on hit dam. I could live with that - what do I know of the greater scheme of things on Toril.

But it has the !drop removed now.

How does that effect balance?
