Downgrade Jot Skull Earrings

Compare the stats on it to flaming earring, ruby studded dragonscale, diamondine, and emerald. Then realize how overpowered it is and downgrade it, or upgrade some of the other ones. :)

Yeah, downgrade the earring along with Loki ringmail. Still boggles me that jot eq got upgraded.
