Did it need a downgrade? Probably, it had a crapload of psp and wasn't that hard to do. But it went from a really nice psp item to a bad hitter item and worse psp item. Possible it could lose the +hit in favor of getting some of the psp back?

Haven't you noticed that no one wants any psp on items?
