Briefly, the stats of this item are not balanced. They are too poor compared to other items. The stats should be better than those of the oakvale circlet.

I am requesting a reply from those in charge, with the question...have you lead this fight before with your mortals? If you haven't, I will go into detail about what is required. I hope I'm not being disrespectful, but if you're just statting the mobs of the fight, you might be getting a false impression of the difficulty of acquiring the tiara (which is also more than just the fight itself). Without going into detail, I guarentee you it is several times more difficult acquiring the tiara than it is to get the oakvale circlet.

If you decide that the stats are fair, that's fine. I just want to know that you fully understand the difficulty before you finalize your decision.
