New stats are fine. I'm assuming the proc eats up all the points.
But since the procs eat up all the points, could you change the proc so that it will proc if you aren't engaged yet? It's not really useful if you have to already be fighting to use it. Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssseeeee?:)
