Elven Masque

Hrm, can you take a look at elven masque stats? there has to be a mistake.
This is another item that deserved a massive upgrade not a downgrade.
A one shot rare (red velvet mask) has better stats.

I heard ugly ansi uses up extra points.

Nogs, the distance you move from one point to another in the colour wheel takes up a lotof points, like movement points for statting sort of. So going back and forth to make special ansi takes a lot!
