So, another /random thought.

With all the new casting going in, and spells, and classes. What about the shadow weave? Spells specific to it? Any plans for anything remotely relating to actual spells in that particular area? Or classes?

Not planned initially, but could be fun down the road...

I don't recall any spells specific to shadow weave in the tabletop game, actually. Mechanically, the shadow weave feats give a bonus in necromancy and illusion while making one less adept at evocation and transmutation.

They revamped shadow magic a bit for 3.5 in Tome of Magic. It still didn't add any specific spells that I can remember, but it did open up a handful of feats and prestige classes.

Given the cast of . . . no, I shouldn't say that yet. :D
