TinyFuge and multiplay

Since my PC up and died this week, I'm back to playing from my PowerBook for awhile, but I'm horrible at writing script for TF. Hopefully someone out there can help me set up some simple triggers that allow me to control other characters.

I typically control everyone through my elementalist and use gsays or the #all command. I can easily substitute a "gsa all assist gormal" trigger though. I'm not sure any longer how to make each character take specific commands like "bobi (what i want him to type)" or how to set up tick timers in TF so people dont go LD.
