Health Highlighting in grouplist ! (please help)

I figured it would be neat to have a trigger that highlights anyone in grouplist that has more than 100hps down in yellow, and more than 250hps down in red.

So when i type "group" I will get a highlighted list of which people will need a regular heal, and which are in need of the full heal.

And it MUST work for zmud v4.62!!!!!
