We thought the upgrade made a good opportunity to start fresh for a variety of reasons. It's a huge forum for one thing, and I like to archive it off every few years. More importantly though, it seems that there was some miscommunication and confusion regarding the rules of the forum, so starting with a clean slate and clearly posted rules seemed like a good solution for that.

Should we wait a week Shev or should we start the flames right away? :p

I think you should make trolling against the rules because that's what causes a good number of personal attacks.

There were also some decent threads going as well, just not as continually bumped like the flame threads. I'm not going to really care one way or the other, but it would have been nice to see those threads finished naturally.
