Wow, does he really think that message is going to resonate loudly enough to A) bring Al Qaeda support for blowing up women and children in super markets or B) cause other poor nations already aligned against the west to join Al Qaeda?

Sounds like he's struggling to be relevant while being cooped up so tightly that he and his organization can't do anything
