The push to develop the specifics of the healthcare reform bill which will be decided by executive branch entities. Much in the same way that the EPA used its broad powers to gain the right to regulate carbon dioxide, the healthcare law has all sorts of ambiguous terms that the left will define broadly like "womens preventive care" covering birth control pill and "emergency contraceptives".

After they implement these policies, that don't require congressional approval, if future administrations remove them, they'll sue and win.

I'm actually somewhat supportive of people having very very affordable access to birth control. The kind that prevents ovulation (not the kind that prevents embryo attachment).
