There is a prisoner in a certain town that has a quest for an earring.

His quest isn't hard, but his load rate is just moronic. I check every single boot, and have been for MONTHS. All for an item with basic(?) stats. I'm not saying to change the item or the quest. I'm saying his load rate is stupid and should be improved. Please.
