Try to back things up with some reasoning and I'll look at putting everything together, not just individually.

Spider glands, Duergar scalps, troll hair, war party heads, spider glands, spider platings, should all have a random drop for exp quest.

Reduce the amount of stones from Zetetha from 11 to 5.
Reduce the amount of heads for each party from 3 to 2.
Update all of the dragon rewards from the option to kill them.
Increase dragonhunter heal procs to heal whole group, not just user. Or change it to heal user for 90 hp.
Change dragonhunter ring to 5 dam 15 hp.
Update the rogue stone items to non-suck items.
It will be fixed in Toril 2.0.
Aremat group-says 'tanks i highly suggest investing 20 silver in training weapons from cm to cut down on the losing scales to shield'

a spool of golden thread - End reward from a huge, long, complicated quest. It has no stats. While it is used in another quest, how do you validate going through the huge list of items, time, effort for an item that has no intrinsic stats. Make it 30hps held or something.

a serrated glowing crimson dagger - give it an extra 1hit

a book of tricks - 500 pages is useless. Make it 350 and give it hps or maxint or something.

Yuan-ti invasion (haha):

a serpentine kriss dagger - Make it 2d9 3/3
a yuan-ti battle ring - Make it 2dam
a peridot necklace - Give it ac5

an ancient elvish longbow - 40hps...seriously...for those ranger tanks... Make it 4/4 instead.

an illithid bag of depth - Make it 300lbs weightless

a thick iron shield - Give it 15-20hps?

a string of prayer beads - holding it doesn't give you the AC5 it has. Make it held or neck.

a heavy mithril breastplate - Make it ac 25

a damaged breastplate - Make it load more often

metal fighting claws - Make them AC10

broken fighting claws - Make them load more often

a decorative longsword - Make it 2d9 5/5

an ironwood mandolin - Make it Stutter:10, reduce weight

a gold statue of Ilmater - Make it weight 10 and clericable

leggings of griffon hide - Make it AC8, reduce weight

a tristar gem (same deal as spool) - Make it 25hps

a dull green crystal (same deal as spool) - Make it 25hps held

a Comarian etched platinum ring - Make it 50hps

What are the full stats of the items after the changes? From what I remember these still look crappy.
