Actually, it's fine as it is. You don't capitalize the word 'The'. If you capitalize the word 'the', it would mean you refer to him as such when speaking to him:
"Hello, The Oakfather"....instead of "Hello, Oakfather".
"Hello, The Oakfather"....instead of "Hello, Oakfather".
