I've noticed a distinct change from the 90s. In the 90s, crime reports used to include detail about race. More and more I've noticed that without the pictures, you would have no idea what race the perps are... especally if they are black. If its a white vs black case, hate crime is plastered all over the article. Its not necessarily a bad thing to have crime reports be less racially focused, but I'd argue race is relevant valid information.
In the above story, looks like 4 black men beat to death a black man because a chick hit one of them. Hello morons.
