So should a misspelled Murkowski a vote for Murkowski?

Miller is suing, and has Republican backing (presumably because he is the Republican candidate), to force the state to only count votes with her name spelled correctly.

More than likely the judge will say its up to the state election board to set the standard and if the standard is applied evenly they count.

On the other hand, maybe they'll rule that any subjective measure on how votes are counted sets a very dangerous precedent. Considering a state judge allowed stuff with Murkowski's named printed on it at polling places makes it an even easier decision. Its not like it was an unknown situation or that steps weren't taken to address it.
