I'm sympathetic to the arguments in this article.
This quote stands out in particular.
"Unprecedented in scope, these self-enacting provisions grant Obamacare its own self-contained, automatic money machine."
Basically its a 105 billion a year personal ATM slush fund. The gall of the Democrats to do this then claim we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it. They knew damn well what was in it.
