I like it, but its sad that a city has to pass a law to exert rights that should be self obvious. Is that really what the founders foresaw?

Not being able to sell the fruits of your labor without city/state/federal permission?

From what I understand, it's still technically possible to purchase things like raw milk, so long as it's clearly labled "not for human consumption."
