Is the rape allegation for IMF head a political attack?

Postby kiryan » Tue May 17, 2011 7:49 pm

The article tries to make the insinuation that the rape claim against the IMF head is a smear campaign. and we thought our politicians played dirty.

Bring on the new socialist order so we can get really serious about how we attack our enemies and win elections.

Course this is probably wild speculation at this point, but I couldn't help myself! Yes I know I've praised sarkozy and he's essentialy a european conservative, but im talkign about the violence inherent in teh system!

I wondered the same thing, especially after the Julian Assange episode.

I didn't see so much in the assange case... possible, but two different women, well known liberal activists? Not the kind of people I would expect to be government agents... but I suppose anything is possible.

maybe the influence on the media and the police/court system where antoher person might've gotten off or been kept low key... but the IMF chief here is basically alleging more of an actual conspiracy to completely fabricate a "rape".

Enormous sense of entitlement. This guy thought a lowly hotel maid was just his for the taking. Amazing.

People might complain about the criminal justice system in the US but relatively speaking it's pretty egalitarian. In France the elites are better protected. I wonder if it's dawned on this guy yet that he stands a pretty good chance of spending the next 15 years or so in a NYS prison...
Having said all that, the situation has been handled, so this thread is pretty much at an end. -Kossuth

Goddamned slippery mage.

apparently he forced her to give him oral to the point of ejaculation...

now she's an immigrant from a country where rape is rampant so maybe she's learned to accept rape when cornered (for fear of worse)... but i find it ever so slightly suspect (and i do mean very slightly) that you can get off with an uncompliant and unenergetic mouth... but then again, its really on him so maybe he has some sort of deviant behavior personality that allows for that. I dunno, evidince of a struggle I think is going to be really telling (not to say you cant rape someone without a struggle).

I remember pulling down a political sign at a 1st generation immigrant friend's house when I was in college... the mom put the sign back up because she was worried someone might come and take her to jail...

I think he realizes it Corth... he's on suicide watch apparently.
