Gythka caustic goo

I've been wondering if one of the Gythka procs is buggy, in that it seems to fail to do any damage to the mob, for some time now.

That "small amount of caustic goo" proc is the one.
Dunno if it's meant to do any damage or whatever.

That is the para proc. If the mob saves, no para. If he doesn't, then he is para. No damage associated wif it.
