justice broken

Not that I mind it, but the 'right thing' to do is to report it.

I've observed that Justice (in WD at least) is broken. When a mob sees a crime and goes to report it ('I've just witnessed a crime! I'd better go report it.'). They only walk ONE room towards the judge and then stop.

I've mentioned this a couple of times over Petition BTW.

Maybe has something to do with the strange mob tracking

Today i have noticed that mobs no longer even bother to try to report. The WD Hunt Season is now open.
